NSSA U14C3 Boys win Fall North League and Fall State Tournament

The 2011 Fall Traveling U14C3 Boys team, coached by Rolf Lindberg and Bill Howlett, won the North League with a perfect record of 6-0-0, scoring 21 goals in league play while conceding only 5 goals. The team advanced to the Fall State tournament on October 16, 2011, defeating Golden Valley in the semi-final and St. Anthony in the final by identical 2-1 scores. Congratulations Champions!

NSSA U12 Girls C3 North District Champions and Runner-up in 2011 MYSA Fall State Tournament!!!

Congratulations to the U12 Girls C3 team for 2nd place finish in the 2011 MYSA Fall State Tournament in Rochester, MN on October 15 & 16. The team won the North District with a record of 5 -0- 1, allowing only 1 goal the entire regular season! The U12 team was coached by Lori Pearson and Paul Wikstrom.

U14 Girls C1 finish second at State, earn 2012 Premier berth

The U14 Girls C1 team coached by John Michaelson and Sara Johnson completed the 2011 summer season by finish second in the Summer State Tournament. Congratulations girls!

The girls secured a spot in the 2012 U15 Girls Premier League by winning the North district and advancing to the State Championship game. Tryouts for 2012 will be held Sunday July 31 and Tuesday August 2nd. Details can be found by selecting the "Traveling" tab above

Girls U15 C1 Team Advances to State

The U15 Girls C1 team coached by Lori Guyer won the North district playoffs to advance to state. The team came in as the ninth seed and won four games to claim the title. After beating the Northwest Kickers 4-0 in the play-in game, they knocked MapleBrook 2-1, Centennial 1-0 and NLS 1-0. Congratulation girls and good luck at state.

NSSA promotes youth soccer throughout the Roseville Area and Mounds View public school districts in the north metro area of the Twin Cities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota. We are volunteers serving approximately 1800 youth through organized In-House recreational soccer leagues for ages 7 through 18 and Traveling teams for ages 9 through 18. We welcome you to our Club!

NSSA Partners with Centennial Soccer Club on Rec Programs!

Two great clubs, two unique opportunities! Two of the north metro area’s best known soccer organizations are offering great fun and developmental programs for recreational players for 2012. NSSA and Centennial SC are partnering to offer each other’s recreational programs to players throughout the area. Centennial has invited NSSA players and teams (ages U6 through high school age) to participate in its indoor spring season at Centennial Sports Arena. Please consider organizing a team for fun indoor play for March and April.
