NSSA U9 & U10 2015 Winter Training

As part of the competitive player registration fee, pool training is provided to all NSSA U9/10 players to create a centralized theme for soccer development during the winter season. The focus is on sharpening the technical skills of all U9/10 players, while introducing tactical ideas and movements off the ball. This focus helps to ensure continuity in the transition from U10 to U11.

The skills and knowledge gained in pool training are carried with NSSA players as they advance from 6v6, to 8v8, and eventually 11v11. The ultimate goal of pool training is to give each player the tools to play their best and develop as an entire age group. See Sunday Winter Training section above for training information including dates, training schedule and necessary gear. Players should wear the training shirt they receive the first night to all training sessions.

NSSA U9/10 Pool Training is held at:
National Sports Center – Indoor Sports Hall,
1700 105th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55449
