NSSA’s unique, player-centric development philosophy reflects our mission of providing soccer for every player. We seek to instill a love for the game and an environment where each player is encouraged to participate according to his or her ability and ambition. We take tremendous pride in developing our players as athletes, students, citizens and responsible young women and men.

Our boys and girls teams across all age groups follow a consistent style of play. Offensively, we play a controlled, ball possession game that encourages confidence and creativity with the ball. Defensively, we emphasis one-on-one defending and team defending tactics to pressure opponents into giving up the ball. 

NSSA players are constantly encouraged to make their own decisions and express their individual creativity in both training and game environments. Our coaches practice teaching methods that promote individual player development within the team.
