PLAYER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR UNW SPORTS COMPLEX.
We are excited to see your players for NSSA Competitive Tryouts and want you to be aware of the precautions and steps we are taking to insure player and staff safety this coming week. Please carefully review the Player Safety PDF for tryout instructions. There are also two PDFs that you should also download and review including a Liability Waiver that must be signed (required by the University of Northwestern).

Thank you for your trust in NSSA as we navigate COVID-19 for our NSSA Community.

BEFORE TRYOUTS – IMPORTANT INFO

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE – Please self-screen using the attached questions.
Your player's attendance is agreement that you have complied with our COVID Policy.

  1. To enable social distancing and limit the number of people players and staff encounter, parents will not be allowed into the complex this year. We have staff and volunteers who will guide your player through the tryout steps.
  2. Players will be dropped off at designated drop-off spot and picked up after tryouts at a designated pick up spot.
  3. Please review Screening Questions & Responsibilities PDF (below).
  4. If your player answers YES to any of the screening questions, please stay home.
  5. Please print and complete the UNW Athletics Waiver of Liability PDF (below) and have player give to Tryout Staff at Player Drop-Off. This is required by UNW-SP.
