NSSA is excited to offer a Speed and Agility Program that is specifically soccer focused. Unlike traditional speed and agility programs, our NSSA program combines specific soccer elements and movements that takes a player's game to the next level. Players who participate can expect to see improvements in:
Speed and Agility training is offered throughout the year to Academy PLUS teams and as an a la carte option to all competitive players. See schedule below.
Both Speed & Agility and Tech Zone programs are limited to players enrolled in our current Competitive program (2022-2023).
Proper technique and repetition are keys to being a good passer, ball striker or dribbler. We want to provide the instruction to improve those tools to be the most complete player you can be.
NSSA is excited to offer an 11-week session 1 program and a 5 week session 2 program that will focus on different aspects of passing, dribbling and ball striking. Led by U14+ Director, Brady Hicks, and the NSSA Staff who will provide each player individual and focused attention each week as they take you through different dribbling and passing techniques, how to properly strike a ball, and how to add different moves to your bag of tricks. Our goal is to give players continuous reps on techniques that are a must within the NSSA ethos.

Brad Gudenkauf, NSSA Sports Performance Director
Brad holds a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science. Brad has worked at a variety of facilities over the years and has crossed paths with athletes of all ages, from a wide variety of sports, and competition levels. My time in MN has been spent predominantly working with high school athletes, more often than not, preparing for soccer. Over the 26 years, Brad has worked in the Strength and Conditioning field, he has done extensive research with the intent of improving my abilities as a coach. Brad sees how youth sports have changed quite a bit throughout his 25+ years in the field and he is excited for the chance to influence long term athletic development for the members of NSSA.
