Speed and Agility training is offered throughout the year to Academy PLUS teams and as an a la carte option to all competitive players. See schedule below.
Both Speed & Agility and Tech Zone programs are limited to players enrolled in our current Competitive program (2022-2023).
Proper technique and repetition are keys to being a good passer, ball striker or dribbler. We want to provide the instruction to improve those tools to be the most complete player you can be.
NSSA is excited to offer an 11-week session 1 program and a 5 week session 2 program that will focus on different aspects of passing, dribbling and ball striking. Led by U14+ Director, Brady Hicks, Brady and the NSSA Staff will provide each player individual and focused attention each week as they take you through different dribbling and passing techniques, how to properly strike a ball, and how to add different moves to your bag of tricks. Our goal is to give players continuous reps on techniques that are a must within the NSSA ethos.
Tech Zone training is offered throughout the year to Academy PLUS teams and as an a la carte option to all competitive players. See schedule below.
