GENERAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Shots & Stops is a program focused exclusively on goal scoring. NSSA will help improve technical ability in front of goal and ensure players feel more comfortable when they need to score under pressure. Players will learn how to hit a ball with all surfaces of the foot. They will discover how to curl, chip and strike a ball properly. Scoring on the turn, off of crosses, bouncing balls, all will be covered. All areas of finishing will be touched on over the winter.
We haven't forgotten about the goalkeepers either. Any NSSA goalkeeper that would like to get extra practice can rsvp on their goalkeeper playmetrics account. We will have goalkeeper trainers on sight to help with all shot stopping techniques.
Grouped by age and level when able.
